INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 2 fillets of fresh salmon (200g)
- 🍄 1 pack of shimeji mushrooms
- 🧅 1/2 leek, thinly sliced
- 🌱 Chopped green onions, as needed
Sauce
- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp yuzu kosho
PASOS
Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them. Slice the leek thinly on a diagonal. Mix the sauce ingredients (sake, soy sauce, yuzu kosho) in a bowl.
Place sliced leek on a sheet of aluminum foil, then lay a salmon fillet on top. Add shimeji mushrooms on top of the salmon and pour the sauce over. Wrap the foil tightly. Repeat for the second portion.
Bake in a toaster oven for about 15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
