INGREDIENTES
Seafood
- 🐟 1 slice salted salmon
Vegetables
- 🍄 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 6 shiso leaves, sliced
Staple
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked white rice (300g)
Condiments
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Black pepper to taste
Fats
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 1 tsp salad oil
PASOS
Remove the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them by hand. Slice the shiso leaves thinly.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and cook the salted salmon until browned. Flip and cook for 2–3 minutes until fully cooked, then remove.
Remove the bones and skin from the salmon and flake the flesh.
In the same pan, heat butter and add the salmon flakes and shimeji mushrooms. Stir-fry over medium heat until the oil is absorbed.
Add cooked white rice to the pan and stir-fry over medium heat until the rice is evenly coated and becomes fluffy. Add shiso leaves and soy sauce, then stir-fry until well combined. Serve and sprinkle black pepper on top.
