INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 2 fillets of fresh salmon
- 🥔 2 medium potatoes (200g)
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🥕 1/2 carrot
- 🌱 Chopped green onion, as needed
Cooking Oils and Fats
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 💧 150ml water
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
PASOS
Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces, soak them in water, and drain. Cut the onion and carrot into bite-sized pieces (rough cuts).
Heat salad oil in a pot over medium heat, add the salmon, and cook until browned. Push the salmon to the side, add the vegetables, and stir-fry until the potatoes become translucent.
Add the seasonings (sake, mirin, water, soy sauce), cover with a lid, and simmer on low heat for 8 minutes.
If liquid remains, increase the heat to evaporate it. Add butter and stir until melted. Garnish with chopped green onion and serve.
