INGREDIENTES
Grains
- 🍚 2 cups soaked rice
Liquid
- 💧 Water as needed
Protein
- 🐟 200g fresh salmon fillets
Vegetables
- 8 shiso leaves, julienned
Condiments
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
PASOS
Cut off the stems of the shiso leaves and julienne them.
Add the soaked rice, seasonings, and water up to the 2-cup mark in the rice cooker. Mix well and flatten the rice. Place the salmon fillets on top and cook as usual.
Once cooked, remove the salmon, discard the skin and bones, and flake the salmon. Return the salmon to the rice cooker, add the shiso leaves and sesame seeds, and gently mix everything together.
