INGREDIENTES
Main
- 🐟 2 fillets salmon
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🥬 1 bunch spinach
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
- To taste white sesame seeds
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Miso Sauce
- 🍶 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp miso
PASOS
Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper. Chop the spinach into manageable pieces and cut the green onion into 3 cm lengths.
Mix the miso sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, miso) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the salmon and green onion, cooking for about 2 minutes on each side until browned.
Add spinach and miso sauce to the pan. Stir-fry until the spinach wilts. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
