- 🐟 200g salmon fillet
Vegetables

- 🌿 2 radishes
- 1/2 bag baby leaf greens
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Coating
- 🥚 1/2 beaten egg
- 1/2 tbsp flour
- Sufficient salad oil for frying
Basil Cheese Coating
- 🧀 1 tbsp grated cheese
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1.5 tbsp soy powder
Salad Dressing
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
PASOS
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
Prepare the basil cheese coating by mixing grated cheese, dried basil, and soy powder.
