- 🧅 30g thinly sliced onion
- 30g mizuna greens
Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar

- 2 tbsp sesame oil
PASOS
Thinly slice the onion and soak in water for 5 minutes, then drain. Cut the mizuna into bite-sized pieces and mix them in a bowl.
