INGREDIENTES
Main
- 🐟 2 salmon fillets
- 🧂 Salt to taste
- 🧂 Pepper to taste
- 🌾 Flour as needed
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 🥔 1 potato (150g), sliced
- 🥬 100g chopped cabbage
Cooking Oils
- 2 tbsp salad oil
- 🧈 10g butter
Seasoning A
- 1 tbsp sake
- 💧 50ml water
Seasoning B
- 1 1/2 tbsp miso
- 2 tsp sake
- 2 tsp mirin
- 💧 2 tsp water
PASOS
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then coat lightly with flour.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the salmon until lightly browned on both sides. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add butter, onion, potato, and cabbage. Stir-fry until slightly softened.
Add Seasoning A (sake and water) to the pan, cover with a lid, and steam for 5 minutes.
Mix Seasoning B (miso, sake, mirin, and water) in a small bowl. Pour over the vegetables and place the salmon back into the pan.
Cover the pan again and steam for another 5 minutes until the salmon is fully cooked and the flavors are well combined.
