- 🐟 250g salmon (sashimi-grade)
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper

- 🍞 1 cup breadcrumbs

- Enough vegetable oil for frying
PASOS
Cut the salmon into large bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
In a bowl, mix the salmon with mayonnaise until evenly coated.
Coat the salmon pieces evenly with breadcrumbs.
Heat vegetable oil in a pot to 180°C (about 2cm deep) and fry the salmon pieces for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
