INGREDIENTES
Main
- 🐟 2 fillets of salmon
- 🧀 2 slices of cheese
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- Enough flour for coating
- 🥚 1/2 beaten egg
- Enough vegetable oil for frying
Parsley Breadcrumbs
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 sprig of parsley, finely chopped
Aurora Sauce
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
PASOS
Cut the cheese slices in half.
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Cut each fillet into two pieces and make a slit on the side opposite the skin. Fold the cheese slices to fit and insert them into the slits. Coat the salmon with flour.
Pick the parsley leaves and finely chop them. Mix the parsley with breadcrumbs in a tray to make parsley breadcrumbs.
Mix ketchup and mayonnaise in a bowl to prepare the Aurora sauce.
Dip the salmon fillets into the beaten egg and coat them with parsley breadcrumbs.
Heat about 1 cm of vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the coated salmon until golden brown. Serve with Aurora sauce.
