- 🐟 300g sashimi-grade salmon
- 🥑 1 avocado
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced

- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tsp sesame oil

PASOS
Pat dry the salmon and cut into 1cm cubes. Thinly slice the onion and soak in water to remove bitterness, then drain.
Mix soy sauce, sugar, and mirin in a bowl. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 30 seconds. Let it cool.
Add sesame oil, green onion, and sesame seeds to the cooled sauce, reserving a small amount of green onion and sesame seeds for garnish.
Add the salmon to the sauce, mix well, and cover tightly with plastic wrap. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
Cut the avocado into 1cm cubes and gently mix it with the marinated salmon.
Serve rice in bowls, layer with onion slices, and top with the salmon-avocado mixture. Garnish with reserved green onion and sesame seeds.
