INGREDIENTES
Main
- 🐟 2 salmon fillets
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Cheese Sauce
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 30 ml white wine
- 🥛 60 ml heavy cream
- 🧈 10 g salted butter
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🧂 A pinch of pepper
- 🧀 20 g shredded pizza cheese
Garnish
- 🌿 A pinch of parsley, minced
PASOS
Mince the parsley and garlic.
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides, then coat them evenly with flour.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, place the salmon skin-side down, and cook until golden. Flip, cover with a lid, reduce to low heat, and cook for 4 minutes until fully cooked. Remove from the pan.
In the same pan, sauté the minced garlic until fragrant. Add white wine and simmer on low heat. Stir in the remaining cheese sauce ingredients until combined.
Plate the salmon, pour the cheese sauce over it, and garnish with parsley.
