INGREDIENTES
Salmon Sesame Bake
- 🐟 1 fillet (100g) fresh salmon
- 1/2 tbsp miso
- 1 tsp mirin
- 🌰 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
Komatsuna with Bonito Flakes
- 1 stalk komatsuna
- 🍄 20g maitake mushrooms
- 1.3g bonito flakes
- 1/2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
Corn Shrimp Mayo Bake
- 🌽 3 tbsp frozen corn
- 🦐 1 tsp dried sakura shrimp
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
PASOS
Cut the fresh salmon fillet into bite-sized pieces.
Mix miso, mirin, and white sesame seeds in a bowl. Coat the salmon pieces with the mixture.
Cut the komatsuna into bite-sized pieces and tear the maitake mushrooms into small chunks. Place them in a microwave-safe container.
Combine frozen corn, dried sakura shrimp, and mayonnaise in a microwave-safe container.
Place the containers with salmon, komatsuna mixture, and corn mixture on a baking tray. Bake in a toaster oven for about 7 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
Add bonito flakes and soy sauce to the komatsuna mixture and toss to combine.
