- A pinch of black pepper
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Teriyaki Sauce
- 6 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 6 tbsp water
- 6 tbsp cooking wine
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 1/2 knob of ginger
PASOS
Season the salmon slices with coarse salt, black pepper, cooking wine, and olive oil. Let it marinate for a while.
Place the salmon in a non-oiled frying pan and lightly sear the surface.
Combine all teriyaki sauce ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a gentle boil. Add the salmon and simmer until the sauce thickens.
