Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets of fresh salmon
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Dry Ingredients
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 🥪 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
PASOS
Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces and season both sides with salt and pepper. Lightly coat with all-purpose flour.
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise and oyster sauce together. Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add the salmon.
Once browned, flip the salmon and cover with a lid. Cook on low heat for about 3 minutes until fully cooked. Add the salmon to the bowl with the sauce and coat evenly.
