INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 200g salmon fillets
Vegetables
- 2 bell peppers, 60g
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper

- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp miso
- 🥫 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tbsp ground sesame seeds
- 🌽 3 tbsp canned corn
PASOS
Cut bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove stems and seeds, and slice into bite-sized pieces.
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
Mix miso, mayonnaise, sesame seeds, and canned corn in a bowl to make the miso mayo corn sauce.
Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and brush with salad oil. Place the salmon fillets on the tray, top evenly with the miso mayo corn sauce, and arrange bell peppers around the salmon. Bake in a toaster oven for 8 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
