    • 🍄 100g shimeji mushrooms
    • 1 piece ginger, julienned

    • 1 tbsp salad oil
  • Sauce

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
    • 1 tsp soy sauce
    • 1/2 tsp dashi powder
    • 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
    • 💧 150ml water

Cut the salmon into thirds, season with salt and pepper, and lightly coat with flour.
