INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 200g salmon fillets
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, julienned
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 100ml water
- 1 tbsp salted kombu
PASOS
Thinly slice the onion and julienne the carrot.
Mix the sauce ingredients (sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, water, salted kombu) in a bowl and add the onion and carrot. Stir well.
Cut the salmon fillets into thirds, season with salt and pepper, and coat with potato starch.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the salmon and cook until golden brown on one side. Flip and cook until fully done.
Add the cooked salmon to the vegetable mixture and gently mix. Let it sit for about 10 minutes before serving.
