INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets of fresh salmon
Vegetables
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 🥔 1 potato, thinly sliced
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tsp wasabi
PASOS
Slice the green bell pepper in half lengthwise, remove seeds and stem, and cut into thin strips. Cut the potato in half, place the cut side down, and slice thinly into half-moon shapes. Soak the potato slices in water for 5 minutes, then drain and pat dry.
Heat 1 tbsp of salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the potato slices and stir-fry for 1–2 minutes until coated with oil. Push them to the side of the pan.
Add the salmon fillets to the pan and cook until browned on one side. Flip them over, cover with a lid, and steam over low heat for 5 minutes.
Add the green bell pepper and the seasoning mixture (sake, soy sauce, mirin, and wasabi). Stir to combine and cook until the liquid evaporates.
