INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets of fresh salmon
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 zucchini, sliced into 1cm pieces
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Sauce
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper

Slice the zucchini into 1cm pieces and thinly slice the garlic.

Cut the salmon fillets into thirds and season with sake, salt, and pepper.

Arrange the zucchini and salmon in a frying pan. Add the garlic and sauce ingredients (sake, butter, salt, and pepper). Cover with a lid and steam over medium-low heat for 12 minutes.
