INGREDIENTES

- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 2 shiso leaves, thinly sliced
Seafood
- 1.5 tbsp shirasu (whitebait)
Condiments
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tsp toasted white sesame seeds
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Grains
- 🍚 2 bowls (300g) cooked white rice
PASOS
Thinly slice the cucumber, sprinkle with salt, and massage gently. Squeeze out excess water. Thinly slice the shiso leaves.
In a bowl, mix the cooked white rice with sesame oil until evenly coated.
Add the prepared cucumber, shiso leaves, shirasu, and toasted sesame seeds to the rice and mix thoroughly.
Using plastic wrap, shape the mixture into rice balls.
