INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥬 200g spinach
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
Protein
- 🐟 2 fillets salted salmon
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/5 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp sake
Other
- Cornstarch as needed
- 2 tbsp salad oil
PASOS
Cut the spinach into bite-sized pieces and slice the green onion thinly.
Coat the salmon fillets lightly with cornstarch.
Heat 1 tbsp of salad oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the salmon until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
Add the remaining salad oil to the pan and stir-fry the spinach and green onion over high heat.
Return the salmon to the pan, season with salt, pepper, and sake, and stir-fry briefly to combine flavors.
