INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 220g pork belly
- 🍚 3 cups cooked rice
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 orange bell pepper, chopped
- 1 green chili, sliced
- 1 red chili, sliced
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- A small amount of cooking oil
Seasoning for Pork Belly
- 🧂 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
PASOS
Chop the onion, bell peppers, green chili, and red chili into small pieces. Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Boil water in a pot, add rice wine, and blanch the pork belly. Rinse under cold water and remove excess moisture.
Mix the pork belly with soy sauce, sugar, mirin, garlic, sesame oil, and black pepper. Marinate for 10 minutes.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and sauté the chopped onion until translucent.
Add the marinated pork belly to the pan and stir-fry until cooked through.
Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir-fry until evenly mixed.
Add the chopped bell peppers, green chili, and red chili. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender. Adjust seasoning if needed.
