INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 2 fillets of sanma
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1/2 red paprika
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- Adequate amount of flour
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil for vegetables
- 2 tbsp salad oil for fish
Marinade
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 💧 2 tbsp water
PASOS
Cut the sanma into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, pat dry, and coat with flour.
Slice the onion and garlic thinly, and cut the red paprika into strips.
Mix the marinade ingredients (salt, vinegar, olive oil, curry powder, water) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil for vegetables in a pan, sauté the onion and paprika over medium heat until softened, then add to the marinade bowl.
Heat salad oil for fish and garlic in the pan, cook the sanma over medium heat until browned on one side, flip, and cook through.
Add the cooked sanma to the marinade bowl while hot, refrigerate for at least 10 minutes before serving.
