INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 1 fillet sanma
Vegetables
- 🍅 4 mini tomatoes
- 8 basil leaves
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 4 slices melting cheese
Wrapper
- 4 spring roll wrappers
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
Oil
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Enough salad oil for frying
Binder
- 1 tbsp plain flour
- 💧 2 tbsp water
PASOS
Cut the sanma fillet in half and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Cut the cheese and mini tomatoes in half.
Mix plain flour and water in a bowl to create a flour paste.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the sanma fillet on both sides.
Place the cooked sanma, basil leaves (2 per roll), cheese, and mini tomatoes on a spring roll wrapper. Seal the edges with the flour paste.
Heat salad oil to 170°C in a pot, then fry the spring rolls for about 3 minutes, turning occasionally.
