INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 2 cleaned Pacific saury (220g)
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, julienned
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
Nanban Sauce
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 150ml water
- 1/2 tsp sliced chili
PASOS
Sprinkle salt on the Pacific saury and let it sit for 5 minutes. Pat dry with a paper towel, remove the tails, and cut into thirds.
Thinly slice the onion and julienne the carrot.
Layer the onion and carrot in the inner pot, place the Pacific saury on top, and add the Nanban sauce ingredients. Cover with a parchment paper lid and close the pot lid. Cook in a slow cooker on automatic mode for 5 hours.
