INGREDIENTES
Main
- 350g pork spare ribs
- 150g lotus root
- 🥕 75g carrot
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Marinade
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
Finish
- 1/3 tsp sansho pepper
PASOS
Pierce the spare ribs with a fork in several places. Place the ribs and marinade ingredients (sake, salt, garlic) into a resealable bag, massage well, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Cut the carrot diagonally into 1.5cm slices. Halve the lotus root lengthwise, slice into 1.5cm pieces, and soak in water. Drain and pat dry. Mix the vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the marinated ribs and vegetables on the sheet. Roast in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15–20 minutes until browned. Flip the ribs and roast for another 5 minutes until evenly browned.
Plate the ribs and vegetables, then sprinkle with sansho pepper.
