INGREDIENTES
Main
- 🍗 200g chicken tenderloin
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- 5 tbsp salad oil
Marinade
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Sauce
- 🧅 15cm minced green onion
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
Side
- 🥬 As needed lettuce
- 🍅 As needed sliced tomato
PASOS
Mince the green onion and mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Remove the tendons from the chicken tenderloin. Cover with plastic wrap and flatten to about 1cm thickness using the base of your hand.
Place the chicken in a tray, add sake and salt/pepper, and coat evenly. Dust both sides with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Pan-fry the chicken for 2 minutes on each side until cooked through.
Plate the chicken with lettuce and tomato, then drizzle the sauce over the chicken.
