INGREDIENTES

- 4 satoimo (200g)

- 1 tbsp concentrated mentsuyu
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp grated ginger
PASOS
Peel the satoimo and cut into bite-sized pieces. Sprinkle with 1 tsp salt (not listed in ingredients) and rub to remove the sliminess. Wash thoroughly with water and drain.
