INGREDIENTES

- 6 sausages
Vegetables
- 🍅 2 tomatoes
- 🥔 2 potatoes
- 🧅 1 onion
Liquid
- 800 ml water
Seasoning
- 2 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
PASOS
Boil water in a pot and blanch the tomatoes briefly. Cool them in water and peel the skin.
Cut the potatoes into quarters and soak them in water to remove excess starch. Slice the onion into bite-sized pieces.
Add water, consomme, onion, and potatoes to a pot. Heat over medium heat until boiling, then cover and simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
Add sausages, tomatoes, salt, and pepper to the pot. Cover again and simmer for another 5 minutes.
