INGREDIENTES
Protein
- 2 sausages
- 🥚 2 eggs
Grains
- 2 cups cooked rice
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped zucchini
- 🥔 1/4 cup chopped potato
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 0.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 🧈 1 tbsp butter
- Pinch of ground pepper
PASOS
Chop leftover vegetables into small pieces, about 2 cups total. Use onion, bell pepper, zucchini, and potato.
Slice sausages into round shapes and fry them lightly in a heated pan with a little oil.
Add chopped vegetables to the pan and stir-fry until they are cooked through.
Add 2 cups of cooked rice to the pan and mix well with the vegetables.
Sprinkle 2 tbsp curry powder evenly over the rice and stir well.
Season with 0.5 tbsp soy sauce and 2 tbsp ketchup, mixing thoroughly.
Add 1 tbsp butter and a pinch of ground pepper, stirring to combine.
Serve the fried rice on plates and top with fried eggs.
