- 🌭 200g Vienna sausages
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
Seasoning
- 🍅 5 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
PASOS
Prepare the ingredients: Vienna sausages, 1/2 onion, bell pepper, ketchup, oyster sauce, and sugar.
Slice the vegetables into similar sizes for even cooking.
Make cuts on the sausages. You can choose any pattern you like.
