INGREDIENTES
Protein
- 🌭 6 sausages (120g)
Vegetables
- 🥬 3 cabbage leaves (80g)
- 🥔 1 potato (150g)
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g)
Dairy
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 🥛 400cc milk
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- 💧 150cc water
PASOS
Cut the potato into bite-sized pieces and soak in water for 5 minutes. Drain. Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces, separating the core. Slice the onion into 1.5cm widths.
Slice the sausages diagonally in half.
Heat butter in a pan and sauté sausages, potatoes, onions, and cabbage core over medium-low heat until softened.
Add flour and stir until no raw flour remains. Add the seasoning mix (salt, consomme, water), cover, and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the remaining cabbage, stir, then pour in milk. Bring to a gentle boil and serve.
