INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🍄 2 king oyster mushrooms
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, julienned
- 🧅 1/2 onion, julienned
- 1/2 bell pepper, julienned
Seasoning
- 🧂 Salt to taste
- A dash of black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A sprinkle of sesame seeds
PASOS
Cut the king oyster mushrooms into bite-sized pieces. Julienne the onion, carrot, and bell pepper.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and sauté the mushrooms first. Add a few spoons of water if they are hard to cook.
Once the mushrooms soften slightly, add the julienned onion, bell pepper, and carrot. Stir-fry together.
When the onion turns translucent, season with salt to taste.
Once the vegetables are fully cooked, turn off the heat. Add sesame oil, sesame seeds, and a dash of black pepper. Mix well.
