- 🌭 5 sausages
- 🥬 150g cabbage
- 🍄 1 king oyster mushroom (40g)
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🌾 1 tbsp grain mustard
PASOS
Cut the cabbage and king oyster mushroom into bite-sized pieces. Mix the soy sauce and grain mustard in a bowl.
Slice the sausages diagonally into three equal pieces.
Heat the salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the sausages and sauté until browned. Add the cabbage and king oyster mushroom, and stir-fry until softened. Finally, add the mixed seasonings and stir to combine.
