INGREDIENTES
Flour
- 50g strong flour
- 50g weak flour
Liquid
- 70cc hot water
Vegetable
- 🧅 3 scallions, finely chopped
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
PASOS
Mix strong flour, weak flour, and hot water in a bowl using chopsticks or a spoon. Knead the dough by hand until smooth. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Cut the scallions into small pieces and mix them with a pinch of salt in a separate bowl.
Divide the dough into 4 equal portions. Roll each portion thinly, spread 1/4 tsp salad oil, and sprinkle 1/4 of the scallion mixture evenly. Roll the dough tightly and press to flatten. Coil into a spiral and tuck the end inside. Repeat for all portions.
Flatten each spiral with a rolling pin to create thin pancakes.
Heat 1/4 tbsp sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook each pancake until golden brown on both sides. Use chopsticks to gently loosen the layers while cooking. Repeat for all pancakes.
