INGREDIENTES
Seafood
- 🦪 6 scallops (sashimi-grade)
Vegetables
- 🍄 2 king oyster mushrooms
- 🧅 1/2 onion
Spices
- 2 tsp curry powder
Liquids
- 2 tbsp white wine
- 🥛 1/2 cup heavy cream
Seasonings
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste

- 1 tbsp salad oil
PASOS
Lightly coat the scallops with flour.
Heat salad oil in a pan and sauté the scallops until lightly browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, sauté the onion and king oyster mushrooms until softened.
Add curry powder and stir until fragrant.
Pour in white wine and let it simmer for 1-2 minutes.
Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
Return the scallops to the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes until heated through.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot.
