- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion

- 2 tsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
PASOS
Separate bok choy leaves and stems, then cut into bite-sized pieces. Slice green onion diagonally into thin slices.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan. Add bok choy stems and green onion, stir-frying over medium heat until softened. Add bok choy leaves and stir briefly.
