INGREDIENTES
Main
- 300g ground meat (beef and pork mix)
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
- 🍞 20g breadcrumbs
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pepper to taste
- 🧀 60g pizza cheese
Topping
- 🌿 Parsley to taste
- Tonkatsu sauce to taste
PASOS
Mince the onion.
Toast the breadcrumbs in a pan over low heat until golden brown, then set aside.
In the same pan, mix ground meat, minced onion, salt, and pepper until sticky, then flatten the mixture evenly.
Cover the pan and cook over very low heat for about 10 minutes until the meat is fully cooked. Cut into bite-sized pieces with a spatula.
Sprinkle pizza cheese evenly over the meat, turn off the heat, and cover the pan again to melt the cheese with residual heat. Top with toasted breadcrumbs and parsley.
Drizzle tonkatsu sauce over the dish as desired before serving.
