- 🦐 150g frozen seafood mix
Vegetables
- 🥔 1 potato (150g), diced
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g), quartered
- 🥕 1/2 carrot (75g), chopped
Dairy
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 🥛 200cc milk
Staples
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 💧 200cc water
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Garnish
- 🌿 Chopped parsley, as needed
PASOS
Dice the potato, quarter the onion, and chop the carrot into bite-sized pieces.
Heat half the butter (10g) in a pan over medium heat, sauté the seafood mix for 2 minutes, then set aside.
Add the remaining butter (10g) to the pan, sauté the potato, onion, and carrot until coated, then stir in the flour until no raw smell remains.
Pour in the water, bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 7–8 minutes.
Uncover, add the milk, and stir over medium heat until thickened. Season with salt and pepper, then return the seafood mix to the pan.
Serve in bowls and garnish with chopped parsley.
