INGREDIENTES
Pasta
- 🍝 100g spaghetti
Seafood
- 🦐 100g seafood mix
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
- 🌽 40g corn
Condiments
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🥫 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🍶 2 tbsp vinegar
- 🥛 1 tbsp milk
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
PASOS
Thinly slice the onion and soak it in water. Drain and set aside.
In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, vinegar, milk, sugar, and salt and pepper.
Boil water in a pot, add spaghetti and cook according to package instructions. Add seafood mix 2 minutes before the spaghetti is done. Drain and rinse with cold water, then set aside.
In a bowl, combine spaghetti, seafood mix, and olive oil. Add onion and corn, then mix. Add the dressing and toss well. Serve and enjoy!
