INGREDIENTES
Seafood
- 🐟 100g sashimi-grade salmon
- 🦑 80g sashimi-grade squid
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 🍅 6 cherry tomatoes, halved
- Frilly lettuce, as needed
Dressing
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tbsp whole grain mustard
- Pinch of black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
PASOS
Thinly slice the onion and soak in water to remove bitterness. Drain well. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
Slice the salmon diagonally into thin pieces. Cut the squid into bite-sized pieces.
Mix all dressing ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
Arrange frilly lettuce on a plate, followed by onion, salmon, squid, and cherry tomatoes. Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
