INGREDIENTES
Seafood
- 🦑 1 squid
- 2 handfuls mussels
- 🍤 12 shrimp
Vegetables
- 5 cabbage leaves
- 3 chili peppers
- 🧅 2 green onions
- 🧅 1 onion
- Some carrots
- Some zucchini
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp red pepper powder
- 3 tbsp chili oil
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- A dash of black pepper
- 3 tbsp canola oil
- 🧄 1.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 💧 1500 ml water
- Fish sauce to taste
PASOS
Clean and prepare the seafood. Slice the squid into bite-sized pieces.
Chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
Heat a pan with 3 tbsp canola oil and 0.5 tbsp minced garlic. Add the green onions and sauté until translucent.
Add the prepared seafood to the pan and stir-fry.
Add all the chopped vegetables to the pan and continue stir-frying.
Add 3 tbsp red pepper powder, 3 tbsp chili oil, a dash of black pepper, and 1 tbsp fish sauce.
Pour 1500 ml water into the pan and bring to a boil.
Add 1 tbsp oyster sauce and adjust the seasoning with fish sauce to taste.
Simmer for a few minutes and serve hot.
