INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 150g sashimi-grade salmon
Vegetables
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 slices ginger, minced
- 🧅 3 stalks chopped green onion
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
PASOS
Mince the garlic and ginger.
Mix garlic, ginger, and sauce ingredients in a microwave-safe container. Heat uncovered at 600W for 20–30 seconds. Let cool to make the sauce.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over low heat. Sear the salmon for about 30 seconds on each side. Remove and let cool slightly. Slice into 1cm pieces.
Arrange the salmon on a plate, sprinkle with chopped green onion, and drizzle the sauce over.
