- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🌰 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

Trim the roots off the bean sprouts. Boil water in a pot, add the bean sprouts, and cook on medium heat for about 2 minutes. Drain the water.

In a bowl, mix all the seasoning ingredients (marked with ☆). Add the cooked bean sprouts and toss to combine.
