- 1–2 packs frozen dumplings
Sauce Ingredients
- 4 tbsp chili powder
- 🍬 4 tbsp sugar
- 💧 4 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
PASOS
Combine chili powder, sugar, and water in a bowl to soften the chili powder.
Add gochujang, oyster sauce, and ketchup to the mixture and stir well.
Heat a pan and reduce to medium heat. Place frozen dumplings directly on the pan without oil to remove moisture from the surface.
Add enough oil to cover the dumpling wings and fry until golden brown on one side.
Fry the dumplings evenly until crispy on all sides. Remove and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
Mix the fried dumplings with the prepared sauce in a bowl.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve.
