INGREDIENTES

- 🍗 2 chicken tenderloins
- 100g burdock root
- 1 tbsp sake
Seasonings
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp miso
- 🌰 1 tbsp ground white sesame
PASOS
Slice the burdock root thinly at an angle and soak in water. Drain the water.
Remove the tendons from the chicken tenderloins and make shallow cuts.
Place burdock, chicken, and sake in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes to finish cooking with residual heat. Drain excess liquid.
Mix the seasonings (sugar, soy sauce, miso, and sesame) in a bowl. Shred the chicken and add it along with the burdock. Mix well.
