INGREDIENTES

- 🥚 3 eggs
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 green onion, chopped
Oil
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 0.5 tbsp soy sauce
PASOS
Prepare all ingredients.
Chop the green onion into small pieces.
Heat a pan over medium heat and add 3 tbsp sesame oil. Sauté the green onion lightly to release its aroma.
Crack 3 eggs over the sautéed green onion without adding salt.
Reduce the heat to low and cook the eggs slowly for 4-5 minutes until the whites are set and the yolks are semi-runny.
Spread 0.5 tbsp soy sauce evenly on a plate.
Place the cooked eggs on the plate and serve.
