INGREDIENTES
Pasta
- 🍝 1 serving of spaghetti
- 🧂 1 tbsp salt
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 handful of green onion
- 🧄 5 cloves of garlic
- 1 chili pepper
- Some bok choy
- 🍄 1 handful of mushrooms
- 🧅 1 handful of onion
Seafood
- 🍤 1 handful of shrimp
- 1 handful of mussels
Condiments
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2-3 tbsp chili powder
- 🍅 3 tbsp tomato sauce
Liquid
- 6 ladles of pasta water
- 💧 1/2 cup water
PASOS
Boil spaghetti in salted water for 6 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté chili pepper, green onion, and garlic.
Add mushrooms and onion to the pan and sauté until onion becomes translucent.
Add soy sauce and chili powder, stir until chili oil forms.
Add seafood and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
Add pasta water, water, bok choy, and tomato sauce to the pan and bring to a boil.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
