- 🥚 6 quail eggs
- 🍄 6 shiitake mushrooms
- 🧀 30g shredded pizza cheese
- Mayonnaise as needed

PASOS
Remove the stems from the shiitake mushrooms by twisting them gently.
Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and place the shiitake mushrooms upside down with the inner side facing up. Evenly distribute the shredded pizza cheese onto the mushrooms. Pipe mayonnaise around the edges and crack a quail egg into the center of each mushroom.
Bake in a toaster oven for 5–7 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
Transfer to a serving plate, sprinkle with black pepper, and drizzle with soy sauce to taste.
